Disability Support Workout Sessions

At JONES&US we believe that no one should feel excluded and that anyone can overcome their limitations and challenges, and achieve anything they put their minds to, if only we embrace and encourage them to do so. We offer various workout sessions for people of all ages with disabilities and learning disabilities, in collaboration with other organisations, clubs, and schools, and we are always launching new programmes tailored to the needs that arise.

Through our sessions, we strive to demonstrate how crucial it is for everyone to participate in sports and physical activities, because of how it shapes one’s personality, builds self-confidence and social skills, and improves their mental and emotional health. We have a lot of experience working with disabled and neurodivergent individuals, and it was incredibly inspiring to watch them session by session become stronger, healthier, and happier versions of themselves.

At JONES&US we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone regardless of age and abilities, and that’s why we endeavour to provide an uplifting and all-inclusive space.
