Parent and Toddler Sessions

Our 'Mom and Baby' or ‘Parent and Toddler’ classes are available to all parents in Paisley and around Renfrewshire. 

We aim to help all new parents in this beautiful journey they’ve begun, to spend quality time with their little ones and bond while exercising in a fun and safe environment. 

Location can vary, so please make sure to check our social channels or send us a message to sign up and check the current location.

Get the chance to socialise with other parents and caregivers and get motivated and inspired by one another. Sport has the power to unite people from diverse backgrounds and create hope. We love to see people coming together and enjoying themselves.

This is a free class and booking is required to avoid disappointment.
