Hiking is a great cardio exercise that will help with the goal of weight loss and as a a weight-bearing exercise, improve balance and coordination. Additionally, working with learning disabilities and neurodivergence, outdoor activities can help with motivation and help pursue a healthy routine.
We can book groups of up to five people and get them on an amazing adventure which will include walking, hiking, touring on scenic lochs and mountains, having picnics and barbeques, and exploring not-so-well-known trails and places only locals would know. Scotland is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Take the chance to explore your own backyard while spending a good time with your friends and family.
