Jones&Us is all about making health & fitness accessible. This means we focus on working with people who need a hand getting back to health because of mobility issues, learning disabilities, and who have had a mental health setback. We specialise in creating sessions and environments that can work regardless of your learning disability or neurodivergence; making sure that this is not an obstacle to your health.
At Jones&Us we tailor our session based on everyone’s individual needs. A mix of sports like basketball, squash or boxing, and fitness, can help engagement, especially when working with a Learning disability. We try different activities and mix it up - we want to find the right thing that will work for you.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or more advanced, if your target is weight loss or building muscle, we can fully support you on your fitness journey with a personal training programme made to measure. Our main focus is to fuel your inspiration and motivation to get out of the house and be active in a fun way and consequently, change your mindset about fitness in the long run. Working out doesn’t have to be a boring chore on your weekly to-do list. Our end goal is to make exercising exciting for our clients to look forward to and eventually, incorporate it organically into their lifestyle.
